Choose from a choice range of bespoke Electric driveway wooden gates, aluminium gates and wrought iron automation gates for your home — all Electric driveway gates being hand-made in the UK, and all of which can be automated and fitted by our fully qualified team.

Acceptance of Orders

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders of goods received by Trade Electric Gates UK for supply.

By placing an order with us, either via the telephone or internet, you are agreeing to purchase goods. Goods will be checked for price and availability.  We will not complete your order until we have received your payment.

If you are a private individual, please be aware that you are purchasing under these terms & conditions. Therefore, your retail consumer rights do not apply.

Price

All prices are subject to VAT. Any company/person that is exempt from VAT must produce a validated certificate at the time of ordering.

All prices on the website are for guide only; the company reserves the right to change any price without notice. Costs of postage and packaging and tax are added to the price where relevant. We accept all major Credit and Debit cards. A minimum transaction value of £5.00 will apply.

Force Majeure

Trade Electric Gates UK will not be liable to the Customer for any failure or delay in delivery of goods if due to any event beyond the reasonable control of the company.

Cancellation & Returns

Trade Electric Gates UK  is under no obligation to accept a cancellation of an order once it has been accepted & dispatched by the company. Where a cancellation or amendment to an order is agreed, items must be returned to us at the customer’s own expense. Goods must be ensured that they are packaged up adequately to protect from damage. Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging and fit for resale.

Refunds will not be authorised if items are marked or damaged in any way.

Goods made to special order cannot be cancelled.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

On receipt of which the amount for the original item less 20% handling charge and  original postage fee will be refunded to the customer’s card within 30 days.

Goods are supplied according to descriptions and specifications given by Manufacturer. A refund will not be authorised if the item is deemed unsuitable for your requirements unless expressly stated so on the website.

If an error has been made on our part, we will be happy to refund the full amount and the return delivery cost.

This policy does not affect your legal rights.

Faulty Goods

Please notify us if there is a fault with your Product.

Goods are to be returned to Eastfield Technical Services, Unit 1 The Farthings, Crow Lane, Ringwood, Hants, BH24 3DZ

Goods are covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty. For more information on the warranty please refer to individual Manufacturer’s website. Trade Electric Gates UK only offers a warranty from the Manufacturer.

The Warranty period is from the date of Purchase, not date of installation.
The item will be returned to Manufacturer for testing and repair. A replacement will not be issued by Trade Electric Gates UK whilst good are with the Manufacturer, unless this has been agreed with them.

If the after the Product has been suitable tested and no fault has been found, the Manufacturer may apply a charge for labour costs.

Responsibility

We assume that you are a professional installer and therefore accept no responsibility for the installation for goods or injury to the end user. If you are unsure of the current legislation please see link below.
